In this pulse-pounding techno-thriller, Jack Heath creates a world where everyone knows when you lie—and telling the truth doesn’t always set you free. Jarli likes to think he’s an honest guy. He’s a big believer in telling the truth, no matter what. So he develops The Truth App, a mobile application that listens in on your conversations and can tell when someone’s lying. Then his app goes viral and, suddenly, Jarli is an internet sensation. But, soon enough, Jarli realizes that being famous can be dangerous—especially when you’ve just exposed everyone’s deepest, darkest secrets. Now his entire town is out to get him; kids at school, teachers, the police, even his own family. Also, an underground network of criminals has just added Jarli to their hit list. The Lord spoke to me and told me to write this book. In this book I talk about the truth. I talk about what a wonderful Savior we have. How Jesus Y'shua died on the cross to save us. The truth is that God loves us and wants us to love one another as he loves us. The only truth is the Lord. The only road map we need is the Bible. Trust in the Lord and you can't go wrong. Mary Dove Brady was born in Lerona, WV in 1920 to Clyde Sherwood Dove and Lura Martha Bridges Dove. She has Six siblings. She grew up in Princeton, WV and received most of her education there. Mary married Harry Brady, a very special man, in 1943. They were married for fifty-three years. He died in 1997. They have two special daughters, grandchildren, step-grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Mary is eighty-five years old. Her eyesight started declining around 2003. She was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration. It became hard for her to see and write. The Lord provided her with a magnifying light to help her see things and write. I can still feel the chills as I recall the scene on Fifth Avenue below the editor's office in August 1997. This was really happening. Justice had prevailed. Two people were given their lives back because of the journalism by my team, the courage of our reporter and photographer. Now, their family was gathering in front of the building, holding copies of an EXTRA edition of The Herald-Dispatch that declared their freedom, holding signs and crying tears of gratitude. This was why, I was sure, the Founders had created the First Amendment. We had stood up to a foreign government and forced our own to do the right thing. Stories would not always end so elegantly. Justice and good journalism do not always win. There would be decades of frustration between moments of celebration. But this is a moment when journalism won. And it felt amazing.

Today's workforce is experiencing job burnout in epidemic proportions. Workers at all levels, both white- and blue-collar, feel stressed out, insecure, misunderstood, undervalued, and alienated at their workplace. This original and important book debunks the common myth that when workers suffer job burnout they are solely responsible for their fatigue, anger, and don't give a damn attitude. The book clearly shows where the accountability often belongs. . . .squarely on the shoulders of the organization.
For centuries, all manner of truth-seekers have used the lie detector. In this eye-opening book, Geoffrey C Bunn unpacks the history of this device and explores the interesting and often surprising connection between technology and popular culture.
This is a book of insight. It shines light on areas that a person might not see and most definitely understand. The information inside has the potential to cause a life changing experience. It touches on many areas of topic which can cause self-examination. With self-examination, that alone causes evolution and the basic structure of evolution is growing, being better than yourself in the past. The interesting content inside of each topic pulls you into areas of understanding, areas of obvious suspicion that some might not be able to see, areas of understanding existence, and how to fix a corrupt situation just to name a few. The biggest thing about all this information is that it just might be the blue print, the road map, and the compass to a better world. We all need guidance but who will give it? The time is now to be lead into the land of milk and honey. The question will remain, do you want to go and will you do what it takes to get there which is travel. A better world can happen in 7 years but it can start tomorrow.
Words are the most powerful things on earth. They contain life or death. Jesus said His words are spirit and life. The Bible informs us, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof" (Pr. 8:21). Paul informed us in the book of Ephesians to "speak the truth in love." This compilation will give you fresh revelation and insight, build your faith, renew your mind, and bless you richly.
It is a harsh world that we find ourselves living in, a daily struggle to survive. For the Christian the struggle is two folded for to survive spiritually is even harder. It is a daily struggle to stay on your feet spiritually and stand firm in what you believe. The pressure to conform to the world and give in to the pressure not to give up the things you know and your way of living that is so familiar and comforting to you, is so strong. There is little or no victory in your spiritual life and at the end of the day you look back at the wrong choices you made and feel so disappointed in yourself and worse, so guilty before God that you can't face Him in prayer. If you are one of my brothers or sister that are still seeking and know there must be something more for you are still spiritually weak, in chains, hungry and seeking, can't let go of the old person and still wants to be part of the world, come with me on our journey and let the Truth set you free and the Holy Spirit change your life and way of thinking.
